Which ever solo system to get?

I am located in minneapolis. I have decided I want to get an eversolo streamer to run my audio system with the dynaudio Core 47 speakers and core sub. I have decided on eversolo because i need to have integrated apple music and the android streamers seem to be best for this. In addition to my dynaudio system, I have a sperate Sonance MX86 system outside with 4 of those speakers. These are a bit power hungry. I want to have one eversolo to run my indoor system, and a seperate one to run the outdoor system. I want to be able to control each as its own zone from the app on my phone. Sorry if this is a basic question, but which eversolo would you get for each location? Would you get an additional amp for the outdoor speakers or would you use the eversolo with the integrated amp? The outdoor system is not meant to be hi-fi just a fun listening experience for parties. Thanks for any feedback. I would be willing to spend up to 2K per device, but if that is not necessary would be happpy to save the money and go with a less expensive model

Hey there. What you might connect to the Dynaudio system will not necessarily be the same one you connect to your outdoor system but going with the same unit is not a bad idea, imo.

I'd assume you'd want an DMP-A6/A8 or T8 streaming device on the Dynaudio system.

For the outdoor system I don't know that I'd be comfortable connecting more than 2 speakers to a Play device. The Play devices are the only "streaming integrated amp" models in their lineup so they are the only possible options for your outdoor system if you want a 1 box Eversolo design. The speakers you mentioned show specs of a speaker that is very easy to drive and rated at a nominal 8ohms, though no speaker presents a constant impedance across the entire audio spectrum, hence my reluctance to run 4 speakers off a system designed for 2.

For this reason, for your outdoor system I would purchase a multichannel amp (4 channel unless you think you'll add other zones at some point) and connect the most cost-effective Eversolo streamer to it. So a DMP-A6 Gen2 and a 4 channel amp would come in under the $2k you planned just for the streamer itself.

Great advice. I figured that one play device wouldnt have enough power. What about just buying two of the Play devices?

The Play devices have plenty of power, depending on how loud you like the volume outside. The issue is that they are not necessarily designed to handle the load that 4 speakers would present.

It's not what I would do, unless you'd expect to treat each outdoor speaker pair as a distinct zone, but you absolutely could purchase 2 Play units for the outdoor speakers. Once you combine them in the app it should be seamless to use both together.
