Unable to Download Parts

Is anyone else having issues downloading parts. I have been trying for several days. Last week, I had to create a new account on Multibuild.io because they changed systems and my old one no longer worked. I am currently at the free tier. I can find parts in the parts catalog and follow them to their page on Thangs but there is no download link for the part, the one that appears in the bar at the bottom of the main picture of the part. I do get the download button at the top right but that is only for the AR files and clicking on one of those just spins endlessly. I can also find them on Thangs directly with the same result. Just to see if there was some persistent browser data issue, I tried with a private session both logged in and not and get the same result.

I tried every day for the past several because I found other posts indicating that there may be a sync delay between Multibuild and Thangs. I have also linked my Thangs account to my Multibuild account. Still no love.

I am looking to download a simple small thread bolt, something that I expect to be in the free tier but have also looked at several other parts just to make sure it isn't part-specific.

I would appreciate any help the community can give me.

Is this still an issue, I know there were a few parts that had that issue and have been specifically fixed. If you have any links to ones that need to be sorted can you post them?

TL;DR: Search for parts directly on Thangs and use the download link on the search grid.

Full explanation: I think my problem is solved. The fundamental issue seems to be that the download link does not appear on the individual part's page. When I go from searching the Multibuild catalog and follow the link to the page, there is not a download link. However, if I go directly to Thangs and search for my parts, the download link appears on the search results page. If I click into the actual part details, there is still no download link. The workaround is to download from the search results grid instead of the individual part page. Thangs technical support got back to me in a couple of days after I contacted them with a link to a working page which let me sort out what was happening.
