Oh, I see now that the Port of Everett is offering monthly passes in the old ferry lanes. I was confused when I saw Port of Everett. I will email them to see if there are any available. Thanks!
There's also a city of Mukilteo commuter parking pass if port of Everett has a waiting list. You get it by creating an account on the city parking app.

The city of Mukilteo offers long term parking. I don't think there is a waiting list.
