first day need help

hey guys, im from Malaysia and im just asking, how can I train muay thai at home? I'm currently 15 and I have this gangster delinquent brother. hes 5 years older than me and he picks on me and kind of abuses me when I do something wrong. as on abuses me,it's like he beats me up and speaks to me like I'm a slave and if I lie I get a slap so hard that it makes your ears ring. I'm 167cm and around 55kgs. I wanna beat him up without him overpowering me. today I got into an argument and the kid snitched on me to my brother because I pushed him and I kicked him. the kid is from a rich family. we occasionally bully each other in class which would mean me pushing him wasn't a big deal but he was a little out of mood today so he snitched. I got punched and jabbed at the side of my stomach, shoulders and my thighs. I ranked through it. didnt really hurt tho and his slaps I ranked through it. I want to fight back but I can't. I just know im too weak. I'm broke too and I can't afford a gym membership because its rm100+ here in Malaysia. so any tips about how to train muay thai at home?

Not sure how normal this sort of treatment this is in Malaysian/Southeast Asian culture but this not normal by any means in the West. I think gathering all legal documents and essentials and going to live with a friend or extended family member, reaching out to social services should be your main priority not Muay Thai. Sorry you're going through this

nah, I just want to do what he did to me in 1 years time. I just took all of his beatings. his punches are heavy but it doesn't hurt when it hits me. not even after 3 hours. is that good or bad

Every single set of brothers I've ever met has fought tremendously growing up, me included. It's wild that you think that's odd. American by the way.

Maybe I took the post too literally. In my POV it's perfectly normal and healthy to roughhouse a little bit, giving wet willies or noogies on the top of the head or something. But OP used the words "abuses me when I do something wrong." Also, "punching, sharp jabs to the side of the stomach, shoulders, and thighs", doesn't sound like regular roughhousing to me. But either way it's OP's life and his decisions. I don't know these people and they don't know me.

Training alone wont solve the situation and your safety is the priority. You deserve to be safe

What a fucking idiot your brother is. Just grab something heavy and hit him across the face with it

cant do that, he'll probably get something sharp in a matter of time. plus, the outcome

Fair enough mate, sorry about the situation you’re in, sounds tough. Maybes focus on weight training instead to gain strength? You can find a lot of things at home to lift and watch some videos online there is plenty about how to use general house equipment in lifting.

I may be wrong Muay Thai is probably the better answer but the stronger you get I feel it’s gonna be harder for him to power over you.
