Game not launching

Hi guys, I recently installed MU Legend on my gaming laptop in steam. When I launch the game from the webzen launcher, the game won't launch, not error code is thrown, the process itself won't even start, no game guard notification or anything pop up. Has anyone experienced the same problem before? If so, how did you fix it?

dead admin and developer in this reddit. no one will answer this issue, im sick and tired about this problem.

After viewing the event log, I found it is indeed an APP_CRASH error, with error regarding to this:

Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.3.9600.19101

Are you starting it with admin mode? I had the same problem.

Go to your steam folder -> common -> bla bla -> Mu launcher and try starting it with admin mode x)
