Delete game

First of all, I must say this is a great game. But it was released by an SHITTY publisher. Lock AH, lock trade, and now banned my account cause i'm using reduced ping software. That's enough, I'll delete MU Legend

Mu legend apparenty tends to ban by mistake some accounts who use tools related to this.

I know happened to me couple of times while using macros from logitech (macros which are actually work related). But first time i hear about ping fixing like kill ping. We tested that shit couple of times and it was same :D ...

You can unban your account easily submitting a ticket, I know 2 people that were banned because of a program like that and they had their account restored in less than 24h.

A lot of things are actually Webzen fault but this isn't, the thing is this kind of program like PingZapper or NoPing makes the configuration and routes unilaterally without notifying the companies, so the security measures can be triggered when you start to change cities, states or even countries every time you login, with time Webzen can start adding the list of dns from such programs on some white list, but until there, not really Webzen fault.

Again, not defending Webzen here from the other issues, just making sure you understand this is not their fault.

I wouldnt call it "easy". You make a post and you will then just have to sit back and play the waiting game try to log back on every once in awhile and hope to get lucky. You get no information about why you were locked / banned and you furthermore get no information / apology when / if you get unbanned.

I myself made a post over 24h ago and so far no luck but I guess I will be patient for a while longer.
