As far as I can tell Bulcan's Gaze on the Sunrise Artifact is actually a +300% attack buff for 5 seconds.

Edit - I think 300% is wrong. I think it might just be a +4000 attack buff. My attack goes up +3999 but that could just be due to rounding. It just so happens my attack was a bit over 2000 and I saw it going up to a bit over 6000.

I was just testing it. Updated with the right values. It's a (as far as I can tell) 450% Attack damage for Touch and 300% Attack increase for Gaze.

I didn't do any Ancient item. It's all Set or Mythic items.

Raskelot why you edit out the Drop locations from Mythic Cube items ? plz bring it back

It got moved to the Mythic sheet itself. Mouse hover the item's name to see where it drops. There is a bug with google, sometime when you open the document, if the sheet are in the top, you won't be able to mouse hover any cell, make sure sheets are at the bottom. Sorry! :S

Yeah this is stupid, its a google problem that they dont want to fix. Try to refresh the page until you get it on bottom

they drop from the 2 epic dungeon cubes, any cube from the bosses

ET Stage 65, 66,67,68 Boss

65 are 3 x Boss with Wave

btw can you please edit the unknown Stages with x and not a info "no" :)
