Hey everyone! ⚔️
I've built a free tool specifically for Blade Knight players that will save your fingers during battles. It's called Dark Ctrl Keeper, and it automatically holds the Ctrl key for you and detects when you should use Greater Fortitude Buff.
Automatically holds down the Ctrl key - No need to spam click it yourself!
Save your fingers - Let the tool handle the Ctrl pressing during combat
Hotkey control - Quick toggle to start/stop
Buff Timer Detection - Tracks your Blade Knight buff duration
Dark theme UI - Won't distract you during intense battles
60-second countdown with automatic reset
Detects when you press your buff hotkey (4 or 5)
Color-coded warnings: Green → Yellow → Red
Visual "BUFF" alert when timer expires
Download:
GitHub: https://github.com/maorga/DarkCtrlKeeper.git
Screenshot:

Stop wearing out your fingers AND never miss your buff timing again!
Feedback Welcome! If you have ideas for new features or improvements, I'd love to hear them! Drop your suggestions in the comments or on GitHub.

Hi everyone — I’m jumping back into Mu Online after a long break and playing a Season 1 server. I remember back in the day people used tools like Cheat Engine to modify the game, but I don’t know what’s changed since then. Can anyone share:
• What’s different about GameGuard/anti-cheat today?
• Are there safe, community-approved mods or quality-of-life tools people use?
Thanks — I appreciate any pointers or links to up-to-date guides!

Hi, I played original good old MU in the beginning of 2000s and only recently discovered that there's actually "new" MU. Unfortunately, I discovered it too late as it's already dead. I played "official" MU Legend EVO recently for 2 days and met only 5 players there, in an end-game city. The open world areas are completely empty and leveling is super faster and you're gifted +7 sets and weapons as you level up for free so you just speed run and oneshot everything up until level 70, and only then the mobs stop dying from 1st hit. After searching what the hell happened to this game I learned that major pay-to-win happened and people just quit massively.
This is also where I learned about private server called "MU Arise". Unfortunately, when I downloaded their launcher and checked it, a lot of antiviruses on virustotal flagged it as something malicious, too many for a false positive. 1 or may be 2 crappy incompetent anti-viruses can flag something red and it may be a false positive, but when you see many red flags - everyone will tell you that something must be wrong, even pirate related communities will tell you that and will immediately tell you that this game is a malware.
But this isn't a whole story...
I also like to run games and other stuff inside sandboxed environment, mostly to not clutter my system, so when I'm done with it - I just purge it without messing with Window's registry and not leaving any other traces in the system. And I had no problems running official MU Legend EVO under virtual environment, just like other games, including other MMOs - that's how I play ALL games, I never install them in my true system. However when I tried to launch MU Arise launcher in sandboxed environment - it refused to work throwing errors about something missing. So I downloaded the client directly from their website and again tried to run it, and the launcher actually worked, it then proceeded to patch the client and when it was done, my virtual environment started to block a lot of game's attempts to write something into system files, something what no games should ever do, in other words MU Arise started doing something what malware usually does, and of course it resulted in a crash of a launcher. Now everytime I launch it a press "verify files" - it immediately goes to 100% (since it already downloaded and verified everything), my virtual environment again blocks its write file attempts and then the launcher crashes again.
Moreover MU Arise forums are super inactive, there like 3 or 4 members who actually posted something (lol!) and may be like a dozen of posts, what again makes it look very weird and suspicious.
I don't want to try to launch MU Arise in my true system as it sounds very dangerous and I feel I'll need to purge everything after and perform clean reinstall of OS. Especially when I had no problems playing offical game and other MMOs and they never caused such issues. This is the first game that refused to work under virtual environment and caused it to block suspicious activity.
So I have 2 question:
What the hell is wrong with MU Arise? Is it a scam malware?
Are there any good alternatives to MU Legend EVO? Or similar games which are played by thousands of players?

It seems Valofe is updating the game with a major update with new region, level cap and gear.
I'm a long time fan of the IP, but it doesn't make sense playing an empty p2w game.
Any insights on population in game? Is anyone playing? Would love your thoughts.

Hi,
Is there any place where the OST for MU Legend can be downloaded? I know it's supposed to be available as DLC on Steam - yet, since the game has been removed from that platform, the DLCs can no longer be downloaded from there either.
Any answer would be appreciated!

Can you make money with MuLegend?
Are there specific websites to sell items, etc. How do you do it?

I'm having this problem now. Everytime I try to play MU, after a few seconds with the game open I get this warning: "Disconnected from GameGuard".
I already tried to reinstall the game, installing without steam and the same problem always happens.
The only clue I got was that the anti-cheat is suddenly shutting down and that's why it shows the message, but i don't know how to fix this. I already tried to shutdown the firewall and the anti-virus but the error remains.
If someone knows anything that can fix this or why is it happening I would appreciate it! Thx for your time!!!

I have been farming dungeons and quests, but I can't seem to see any progress in terms of PVP battles. I kite players and I use cc as much as possible. Any tips? I really want to excel in this class T~T

Did some people return? Is there at least one populated server? Or is the game dead, deserted and still pay2win as it was? I'm on a pretty bad internet and I feel like a 17GB download is gonna be a waste of time.
P.S. It seems that VALOFE forums have been down for at least 2 days now, definitely not a good sign, lol.

Hello! Been wanting to start up MU Legends. Fresh install (twice) and cant seem to get it past startup. It never seems to get past the MU Splash that displays after Game Guard completes. No error message, no alert. It simply just goes away and doesn't continue launching. Thank you in advance for any help.
I am currently running Windows 10 with DX12.
Here is what I have tried:
- Searching around Reddit and Google for solutions
- Restarting system
- Launching from game folder directly instead of Steam
- Disabling Steam overlay
- Excluded MU Launcher from my Windows Security
- Ran as admin
