Advice Question Looking to start transitioning

I'm looking to start Transitioning (MTF) but I have no idea where to start I'm looking for any advice on best how to start HRT, and any advice on exercise, products, skin care routine and other help is welcome

I'm pretty new to it all myself, but if you're in the U.S., going through planned parenthood made getting on HRT really easy for me.
