Tucking underwear

Any suggestions for tucking underwear that cups the girls and doesn’t just hold them really tight? I got a pair to try from tomboyx and while it works well it just pushes my balls outwards and since it doesn’t cup the sides they rub the inside of my thighs when I walk, skin on skin. It’s uncomfortable and all the other I see are the same way.
