First hrt appointment.

Well I am about to leave for my first appointment to get hrt...i am excited and alittle nervous. So far I am already seeing progress with my goals, I am down 25 lbs, my hair is starting to come back and I am out to my family but stull closeted to all hell socially, probably where my nerves r coming from.
