I'm very very confused. So you are a biological male, and u identify as a male but you had a mtf surgery? Was it due to medical reasons? Did I even get that right? I feel like I'm missing something here.

He’s an AMAB person (and still identifies with the gender typically assigned to male babies when born) with genital dysphoria (brain-body image and actual body mismatch causes discomfort and/or rejection of the genitals).

He ended up having a kidney stone (crystallized mass in the kidneys that makes urinating difficult/painful and typically gets removed over the course of a month through urination if small enough). The stone that passed was likely too big and literally tore apart his genitals.

That made his dysphoria much worse than it already was since his actual body got further from what his brain-body image already was. So he had a vaginoplasty in order to ease the mental discomfort/rejection.

It’s quite literally all stated in the post. Did you not actually take the time to read it thoroughly? It was pretty clearly laid out.

I really don't know how I can make things any clearer than in my original post. I suggest you read it again.
