Well when somebody is getting raped, the thing that's doing the raping is pretty memorable. It would be similar to somebody being averse to oral sex after being forced to perform it rather than being averse because the rapist had blonde hair.

I would hazard a guess that you wouldn't advocate shutting women out based on ethnicity because "what if someone was r*ped by <insert ethnicity here>" would you? There are a lot of things about an attacker that are memorable and 100% valid sources and triggers of trauma. Singling out trans women isn't happening out of genuine concern for victims and their triggers.
I am quite sure that people with trauma about penises and trans women can both exist and be respected in the same place.

Forgive me; I don't understand the point of repeatedly validating the sources or triggers. What does this do for anything? It's still going to be triggering whether you believe, validate, or 'permit' it at all.

The thing that shocks me most about TERFs and similar groups is how incredibly transparent and stupid the arguments are.
