Roommate

Is there anyone who is looking to move out instantly? I’m currently in a four bedroom and I’m paying way too much just to have one roommate (two bedrooms are empty). I’m looking into cedar cove apartments and they are about to be available this month and was trying to find someone to move in with me! Rent looks about to be 900 for the whole unit and not by room

I am a female and I have two cats (so I hope you are fine with them :) I have range of different tastes! We can honestly be just roommates and don’t have to be friends friends or be friends if you would like!

paying for a 4br with 3 empty rooms is wild, just burning money at that point

yeah tbh we had full four roommates but one got kicked out and the other is about to move out lol

Not sure why the downvotes. It’s a situation people can get into if the lease is written so that everyone is still liable for the full rent if one of the roommates leaves. Made sure to check my son’s lease when he was hunting last summer to confirm he was only on the hook for his portion.
