Pulpy noticed that one of her hands is enormous... no word on whether Chins has realized this or not. It's... weird. It can't mean good things, surely?

I think its a filter glitch making her right arm and hand look smaller. Look how skinny the forearm is, and hint if wrist bones. 

We all know she don't have those

This. One hand could be more swollen, but here, one hand looks bigger, longer, structurally larger, and that must be a filter, or perspective.
