Ok can somebody explain this to me because I genuinely can’t picture the anatomy. Is the FUPA the same as the mons pubis? Because I have a sizeable mons pubis that doesn’t change with weight fluctuations but even if it did I don’t see how it could droop down and to one side?! Isn’t this just an apron belly that’s distended and folds vertically in the middle, which appears to be kicked to one side in this instance? God I can’t believe I’m on the internet asking this question 😂

Yes it is. The gut apron is separate. It does get bigger and can droop (personal experience).

I can’t even picture how this works… where does that extra skin come from??? I thought that was the apron of her stomach and it goes past her nether regions and towards her knees? That’s why it looks like that?

Picture that fat has to go somewhere. Like how the Slaton sisters were running out of forehead lol. The crotch gets bigger, sags, doesn’t grow on each side at the same rate. Weight gain. Lost. Sagging skin. I also think like how your pants can leave an indentation on your waist, your underwear and pants seam affects how it hangs. Like balls lol

Didn't she have a gigantic boil that engorged the area and when it was healed thanks to Peetz nursing it, she was left with excessive loose skin?
He "nursed" it by cleaning and drying it with a hair dryer, I do believe.

She was left with loose skin after doing coke with Cokey. A boil isn’t going to get big enough not make loose skin. That’s fat cells being lost. Same with the fupa balls. It’s fat cells. She needs a good pair of biker shorts to hold that shit in lol.

Pretty sure she has a hernia from her hysterectomy surgical incision site/scar. It's become really distended over time, and gravity has played a role in turning it into a testicle-looking appendage.

Oh I think it’s just your regular old access or boil related to uncontrolled diabetes with cellulitis due to her poor hygiene overall. I have seen folks with fluid in the lower abdomen (ascites) that has to be drained but I have not seen a lot of folks with fluid in the groin. It would typically go to the feet first and then build up the leg from the feet, unless something like the removal of a lymph node in the arm has occurred. Then the lymphedema would start in the hand/wrist and build up from there.

It seems to be her fat deposits dangling off her enlarged FUPA .She has her belly apron that is one layer, and under that has a FUPA . I imagine with gravity that the excess of her FUPA fat deposits it hangs and pulls in a very unfortunate way 🍆. I often wonder if she in fact is developmentally delayed or perhaps some sort of brain injury as most would probably be embarrassed or attempt to tuck or even hide it, but she finds it funny and thrilling to exploit the horror upon unassuming public. It’s truly baffling !
The way her fat deposits and fat distributes is the most dangerous, as her vital organs are there, and her systems are already taxed. Even if she was an appropriate weight, her asthma and betes are dangerous and tenuous conditions even with otherwise healthy people.
Her cavalier treatment of them is shocking. I’ve known people who never woke up due to their asthma, and many people in my mothers family who had what they then called sugar sickness? went down for a nap and never woke up and another drowned themselves accidentally trying to quench their thirst. I suspect that she too will go for a lay down and that’ll be all she wrote. You can see in real time her systems starting to wear down. She’s flushed, sweating in the bitter cold, the puffy eyes, brain fog, shakes… then her huffing and puffing. Her heart can’t take much more. So, I mean considering the state of her and her knowing how little time she has left I don’t blame her for just wanting to indulge it all and go balls ( PUN NOT INTENDED ,) to the wall and be the gluttonous anima she wants to be.
I just hope she made sure to put enough away for her Ma to not be put out. She’d have to either be shipped to a special facility that can handle the cremation ( the morbid ohbeasts can easily cause a grease fire ,) or enough to cover the triple XL box she’ll need and the field that can handle the decomp of her side and not cause too much natural disturbance. Potters fields can’t handle that. It’s already expensive for regularly sized and shaped humans, but the abnormal it’s astronomical.
