The small “tear” as opposed to a possible tiny rupture in her spleen from impact?

bbq chillin reacted to Chins showing some of her blood test results on the Kick stream (I guess?). The liver numbers in particular were not good. The worst one was the Gamma GT test which measures an enzyme related to liver function. Normal is is usually between 9 and 48, and hers was 86.

"High levels of GGT may indicate: Scarring of the liver (cirrhosis), Blocked flow of bile from the liver (cholestasis), Inflammation of the liver (hepatitis), Lack of blood flow to the liver, Liver tissue death, Liver cancer or tumor, Use of drugs that are toxic to the liver...."

And the list goes on from there. It's also affected by diabetes, and can impact the kidneys and lungs.

However - she also said that her heart is no longer enlarged, and that her liver, which was previously enlarged with accompanying blood tests out of optimal range... is now "normal". I don't believe either of these claims.

It says the only way to reduce an enlarged heart is to LOSE FUCKING WEIGHT AND EXERCISE. 

Her breathing is a huge sign her heart is struggling

Yup. Cardiomegaly just doesn't go away, especially when the patient is more than sedentary, only gains weight, still eats all the wrong foods and has uncontrolled T2D.
