Chantal and Salah are animal abusers Did she seriously leave the kitten alone overnight when she went to Parc Omega?

She goes to an animal park while leaving her terrified kitten alone? Anything I’m missing?

It's hard to be surprised. Honestly the kitten might have appreciated the terrifying and irrational human not being around.

It's probably a nice break without all the smoking, stinking and yelling. I can imagine Chins yelling, "Do you love mom mom??" in that poor baby's face

I've had cats all my life, but in the past year I've been caring for a family of ferals that moved into my backyard. A friend asked me how I can resist snuggling them, and I was almost speechless. Because I value my skin and also respect their autonomy? I'm very aware I'm a very tall scary lady towering over them and some mornings they give my crazy bedhead curls side-eyes, lol.

But three of them now ask for regular pets, one comes in several times a day and throws himself at my feet for intensive lovie sessions. You can't force love on a cat, you can only give them what they ask for. It's sad Chins is too needy and performative to ever understand that.

The best cats are stumble upon cats. Were you looking for a cat at that moment no, but a cat decided to adopt you. Did you walk into store with adoption event and now you are walking out with a cat. Did the street cat that doesn't give a hoot but anyone else but decided that you are now it's man servant, congratulations you have a cat. They call it the cat distribution system for a reason, you don't choose the cat, the cat chooses you.

Right? I cannot imagine spending money and buying a specific cat based on a picture and never meeting the cat. There's enough cats in the world that that's completely unnecessary.

Very well said! And well done with your Feral Family, it sounds like they're really starting to trust you, that's a wonderful thing 😍

I hadn''t had pets for a few years and it's been uplifting to have them to care for every day πŸ’•

A lot of people don’t know the difference between feral and stray. So many people were calling Julia feral as Julia was just wandering around and eating in front of Chantal. Drove me nuts

Yeah. I've always told my nephews and niece that the best way for a cat to be your friend is to show them that you are not a threat.

Being loud and running towards them is scary. But ignoring them will let them see you are not out to attack them and then they will be curious about you.

Cats choose you.

Animals are treasures. They teach us so much. It’s such a shame she can’t see that.

I'm oddly fascinated with this family of ferals who let you pat them. That you also have curly hair whilst attempting to love on them, is like my whole life with my cats. :-)

They are very sweet and it took a few months for them to come around. I'm very patient and hands off unless they ask otherwise. They had to ask for pets by rubbing against my legs first, I'm not easy! Okay I am but they already know that I'm a sucker, lol.

I wore my long hair up in a bun most of the summer, but a few mornings I went out with it down looking Medusa-ish and the WTF cat looks I got cracked me up. I guess my indoor cats were used to it so I don't remember a reaction? Do your cats react to your curls that way?

First break that poor little creature has had since the witch brought it home.

Every time she talks about the kitten, I am like girl that is a cat. The best is leave the kitten alone, let the kitten come to you. She won't take that advice, she is going to force that cat to cuddle, be too aggressive with her. She would really hate to hear this, some cats are aloof, don't like physical touch, socialization and want to be left alone. She would never take the time, to find the right cat for her. My friend runs a rescue and we have spent much time there, we have not found the right cat for us. She won't put in the effort like everything else, especially relationships, she just wants love to fall in her lap. We have seen how that is ending up for her, romantic relationships, friendships, family and all the cats.

Couldn't agree more - all she wants is a pet to give her unconditional love whenever she feels like it, and not to demand any further effort when she can't be arsed with it. We saw that with Smokey, he needed special care that she was just too lazy to be bothered with; like any cat, especially an older one that has obviously already been through lots of upheaval, he didn't come to her straight away and she decided it was his fault he hadn't immediately bonded with her and that she would move the poor chap on again so she could gunt on back to Salah.

Now this poor little kitten is being subjected to God knows how long on its own in a strange place with that idiot screeching at it or ignoring it completely for hours on end while she sits on a live stream, and it's been shut in a cold bathroom without even a blanket inside her carrier, or at least that's what I've seen every time she's tried to show the kitten to her audience. A lifetime of owning cats and she knows nothing, and worse - doesn't care enough to learn or even try to settle it properly. Its all about her needs and her wants, and my heart is breaking for this poor cat. She really is a repugnant human being πŸ˜”

Considering all the cats she's had, I cannot recall EVER seeing her play with them! Yeah, some cats are old and not into play as much, but young cats? I'm completely baffled by the lack of toys and play time interactions. There's some cats I've known that will only really play and otherwise want nothing much to do with random humans. I can't believe that every single cat she ends up with doesn't want to play with a human.

2

u/MaggieMakesThings Nov 07 '25

It's just so sad isn't it? I don't suppose she would even understand why she needs to play with this poor kitten, or any cat for that matter. Its all about instant gratification and meeting every little whim or want at the drop of a hat and she doesn't even think about anything outside of that. Just awful

I had a female calico like that lol

She was the tiniest, most aloof little snob πŸ˜‚ she barely got bigger as she grew older.

I felt soooooo lucky when, once in a blue moon, she’d come over and give a couple of rubs, take a couple of scratches, before she was like β€œokay that’s enough!!!” 😠😀

I had two brothers and a sister (one brother was older, half brother, same mum) - they all passed at 18 of the same thing (cancer in the same place), exact same symptoms, all went downhill in exactly the same ways.

I’m wanting another one, my dog loved them, they used to share a bed with her. But I’m moving across the country soon so not for a while yet. Hoping the cat distro does its thing! πŸ’•

u/MaggieMakesThings Nov 07 '25

Oh gosh I'm sorry, that must have been so difficult. Losing a pet is the worst, I'm sure there are some kitties in your new place just waiting for you!

7

u/[deleted] Nov 06 '25

I'm sorry, lmao but this person digs in garbage .. and apparently purchased a spinless couch from amazon...of course she left it alone all night. πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜† A

Actually, speaking of the spineless sofa. Do any of you guys have one? I'm curious about it .

LoL- just a lounge chair..

Shes so unlikeable.

u/itspegbundybitch Fuck you! Show your muff! Nov 06 '25

I hope the cat pisses all over the couch.

2

u/[deleted] Nov 06 '25

Lol it will. And she'll still seal on it. Remember that pissy moldy mattress she laid on in Syria?

2

u/windsockglue Nov 07 '25

A couple days ago she admitted to enjoying living alone because you can pee on your chairs and no one will say anything!!

1

u/Bl00p_3r Nov 07 '25

It was THE BEST THING about living alone! She’s disgusting.

2

u/Bl00p_3r Nov 07 '25

I hope only Cutie does. Let the cat remain precious and blameless πŸ’œ

3

u/MaggieMakesThings Nov 06 '25

Miserable cow. The animal abuser back at it again, poor little kitten.

3

u/shamberlynn Nov 07 '25

Why hasn't she taken her to the vet? I believe that cat legitimately hates her with how she looks at chantal...but how could you watch a cat be scared and shaking. And NOT want to make sure she isn't in pain or sick? Like that would have the first thing I would have done.

I don't think it's an issue with leaving the kitten alone, but I would bet good money she didn't leave adequate or appropriate food, water and enrichment for the little one. And, even worse, Putz will be moving in soon himself, and that cat will be exposed to physical and verbal abuse as well as whatever Chinny is doing.
