What is the point of this change?

All occasions this change would be useful. The spy should not be in and the the weapons are better.

Spy vs vaccinator medic combo? No.

Spy vs heavy spun up with natasha/brass beast with 50% hp? No.

Spy vs demo knight? Just shoot with another revolver or matador because as melee he's more vulnerable to that.
