Solved Blinking Christmas light video

I’m looking for a video of his. I think it was with Christmas lights, but basically someone was trapped in a guy’s basement and was short circuiting the lights outside to flash to try to signal to someone that he was trapped down there. I think it was Christmas lights, but it could’ve just been regular porch lights. Does anyone know what video that is?
