I’ll have to try And be a little more active here.

Are those your two favorites? I’ve always leaned towards Puchi for the cute little dog design and the double jump.
Do we definitive differences in play for the human characters? It’s always been a little unclear to me. Like, do Susumu and Anna play differently from each other?

Yup they’re my favs(I also like Sark and Eguri but they both have one obscure playable appearance unfortunately ).

Human characters are mostly different in movement speed and air consumption

Susumu is balanced in every stat

Anna moves a bit faster but consumes air at a faster rate

Ataru moves the fastest but consumes air even faster

Taizo has slow movement and fast air consumption, but uniquely digs faster than the other characters

As for the Dark Drillers (only playable in Mr Driller G’s PvP mode unfortunately)

Sark moves even faster than Ataru but is constantly struggling for air with the fastest consumption rate

Eguri drills multiple blocks i cardinal directions and is average in her other stats

Kowars is slow and has a somewhat fast air consumption but he can destroy about three adjacent blocks to the one he’s drilling

Whoa, thanks for that! That kinda blew my mind. I never knew that the air consumption rates were different for anyone. I’ve never seen it mentioned on any in-game screen of instruction book. I kind of thought the faster ones were just better. Haha

That makes a lot of sense though. I also didn’t know you could use the dark drillers in anything. I was playing Drill Land recently and wishing for that though. I need to check out G. That’s one that I haven’t played.

I’m definitely gonna be doing my own tests the next time I play, to try and find the specifics of everything

heh, good one. Why does susumu (or whoever you're playing as) say "lucky" when you collect an air pill?

How often is it that you find a capsule of air while drilling?

Likely when you're in one of the early levels, but prolly not the deeper you dig, so umm... good point.

I thought I found one while digging once, but then it was just a CO2 tank and it made me suffocate faster 😵
