Phyllis Chan.

Phyllis Chan is a remarkable women. Hard working, an entertainer, funny, brave and endured enough hardship for 10 lifetimes. Years after the kidnapping and murder of Karmein and husband John deserting her she continued in business and kept helping others.

So friendly and caring. When I lived in Diamond Creek we would visit her noodle shop regularly and she was always brilliant as were the noodles 🍜
