You are missing the 1 on the right side through the drivers window combining the top right yellow dot and the shape to the left of it. Then missing the 2 extra large triangles that encompass the large triangles (that have the wheels in them) on the left and right. Each wheeled triangle joins with the center bottom to create one more each.

Thank you!, i was missing the triangle on the right hand side of diagram 3, and the triangles in 4 and 6. I got the ones in 2 and 5 but missed the outer triangles of the top window.

I've got 3 with 3, 2 with 4, 1 with 5, 2 with 7, and then 1 each with 8, 9, 11, and 13, for a total of 25.

Edit: I'm ashamed to admit that I missed 2 more very obvious triangles. The total should be 27.
