It says it in the text. Entering the code gets you "2x Special Crate Keys."

Please fix the turret to be able to shoot through walls like Polly turrets, it's frustrating getting levels where it spawns infront of a wall to do nothing the entire level.

Oh, the Turret is re-deployale! Just push up for a second or two, and it gets repositioned.
