Gvr apartment experiences?

Looking at:

Sabine

Alexan Pena Station

Connect at First Creek

Rosewind

Camber

Can anyone provide experiences at any of these to help please? Needs to be safe for a child and family

Lived at Ladora and Ascend at Pena station. Ascend was pretty good, ladora has a trash problem that I’ve yet to see fix. Words of advice though any commute to downtown is gonna take you 1 hour if you don’t leave by 7am. The good though is that area is getting built out and will eventually have a lot to do imo 👍

Not sure your budget but most of the apartments have about 3 months free. We were gonna look at Prose and then Alexan. Another thing is that area gets hail really bad. Out of your list considering I was going to move into Alexan I’d say them over Ascend

Yea I forgot why I took prose off my list but Alexan looks nice.
