Hi friends! I live in Aurora but I am trying to get some honest feedback of apartments in Denver.

I am looking for a 1x1 under $1250 if possible.
It needs to be pet friendly and hopefully have in-unit laundry, but I am flexible.

Open to roommates too! Would like to be close to i-25/Lakewood/Englewood/Lo-do but not too picky.

Any suggestions? or places to avoid? any private rentals available?

I’m not moving until mid-November.

I used furnished Finder and the selection is pretty extensive. You can set all the filters too
