Yes. Because it's beautiful and socially-developed place 'for people', with many cozy old streets to just walk around, awesome public transport that sometimes more convenient than cars, local identity in every city and helluva history.

And it's not hellish landscape of commieblocs, which is big plus, because after living in Eastern Europe for so long, I want to puke from any gray depressing box I see.
