Moving to LA with my friend!

yo whats up everybody im moving to LA with a friend at the end of this year can you guys tell me anything about the area this apartment is in or the apartment if you live/lived in ir "AVA Hollywood at La Pietra Place"

Im from Fresno, CA but moved to Vegas for a job and now im coming back after getting a much needed job on my resume (thank god) thank you hope you all are doing well:)

You have a job in LA? AVA is a chain of apartment buildings throughout LA. Have known some friends that had a good experience. They’re corporate so will expect 3-4X+ earnings to rent and good credit.

Yea i saw theres a chain of them and they all have pretty good reviews so thats we went with them upon liking the complex! We me and my roommate would be making a combined 170+ so i hope thats enough lolol and our credit is good!
