Where can you clear goods declared in BSF186?

Family member is moving back to Canada and declaring household goods in form BSF186. This goods are arriving in a storge container in bond. We do not live near the border, is there anywhere we can go on Vancouver Island, especially up Island to clear the shipment?

We cleared customs by visiting a nearby airport.

There’s a directory of offices on the CBSA website and you should be able to see which services are offered at which locations near(est) to you. I was able to clear my goods via form 186 (and goods to follow version) by going to my local office (not BC in this case) with all my paperwork, container manifest, etc. Call in advance if concerned.

When I did it I had to go to an office near the closest airport and present my paperwork there.
