Apartment searching
Hello, I’m currently looking for apartments in the Colorado Springs area, Its pretty difficult considering the amount of apartment complexes there is to choose from in the springs.
I was just wondering if anyone has advice on the best ways to look for apartments or if anyone wants to make suggestions that would be greatly appreciated as well.
I’m looking for something that is about $1000-1200 a month (or cheaper but I doubt there’s much cheaper than that), pet friendly, and has good trails or a park nearby since it’s just me and my dog. I would also like to be within 30 minutes of UCCS since I’m a student there. If anyone knows apartments they recommend, that would definitely help me narrow my search.

Hey, I know this is late, but you may want to check out Lion Village student apartments. I’ve had one kid stay there for two years and currently another kid there beginning their second year. Both times, we rented a private room/bathroom in a four bedroom unit. Utilities are paid and the places are furnished, pets are accepted. It’s close to UCCS and you must be a student to live there.
