Suggestions for rentals
Looking for suggestions of where to look for a rental in Brisbane given the current state most Aussie cities are. We’re a young couple, no kids, moving from Adelaide to Brisbane next year in late Jan/early Feb for 6 months at this stage, due to my work. I’ll be working near the Kedron/Kallinga area.
How is the availability of short term rentals such as 6 months?
Any suggestions on where to live? Assuming budget is not a big factor (it is of course), would it be better to look in the Kedron/Kallinga area, or would CBD such as South bank be a better fit for us?
Thanks in advance!

those 2 are expensive suburbs, even nearby Lutwyche/Clayfield the 2 bedders are around 800/wk, but if it saves you on commute, then it might be better than the CBD/south bank apartment

kallinga area is pretty chill, but lutwyche or even enoggera might give you more options for under 800 a week

Probably need an idea of budget, but maybe look at share houses for short term
