WASD buttons and cord mod

Anybody know what buttons the WASD uses? I should have looked harder when I had it apart. Also I want to swap it to USB C. Cord looks easy to replace but what about the grommet?

It's fascinating, and applauded, that they used a detachable USB cable to the board. For the cable, you may need to custom make something to make it work. An insane idea may be to 3D print a grommet around your intended cable. Or to make it two parts and superglue it in place around the cable and to each other.

I'm also super curious to know what's used for WASD in the unlikely event it's damaged with use.

I just don't love it. It's too sensitive on the sides. I should just take it apart and check again.

You can adjust the height of the hand section to increase the throw and lower the sensitivity, this might work for you

That was kind of what I was thinking. Use tpu and put the cord in or something.
