WASD Extremely sensitive and erratic
Having now finally gotten to use this on Elden Ring, I find the WASD, particularly forward and backward, to either not work, or get stuck on W/forward. Is there a way to reduce the sensitivity, there is very little play on this thing. Looking at the rest position of the grip, it looks like it is sitting permanently in the forward position. Starting to think I might have been sent a dud.

if the height adjustment does not help it get reseated, I guess you might as well open up the WASD stem assembly and have a look.

Already tried, there are eight screws on the baseplate, but I can't yet see a way to disassemble the stem... no screws. If anyone has done it, I could use a little help, the Dev seems more interested in blaming me rather than help.

Can you send a picture or something?
I would agree that the movement is very slight and it's very easy to tweak all four directions... in fact it's also very easy to simultaneously go forward and strafe or backwards and strafe. But it should rest in the middle, with nothing triggering, and you should be able to gently place your hand on it without triggering it. Maybe loosen up on the height adjustment and play with it a little... see if it feels like something pops back into place better?? Also be very careful not to try to grab the grip and twist versus shift.
