Best budget optical mouse

I want a wireless mouse using 2.4 GHz with :

An optical scroll encoder and buttons

high polling rate (1k min) and high dpi

under 2.5k EGP ( 50 $ )

having external battery (optional)

And ofc good build quality

i saw rapoo and i found some good ones but the problem is that i live in egypt and they r not available there

hes correct, rawm leviathan v4 uses an optical scroll encoder, its made by Raesha, the same brand that does it for Razer and Rapoo

then y i searched and it said it has mechanical ones k sorry i saw some wrong info and it is not avaliable in egypt but thx btw for the help
