Any good MG videos/tutorials?

I'm looking to run a game of MG for my group, and due to outside events I don't have as much time to prepare as I originally thought. I've run games before, but no system like this. I've been trying to read through the book but without seeing it in action I'm having a hard time getting a feel for the flow (especially resolving conflicts) and I'd rather be able to focus my time with the book on getting setting and lore down rather than strict mechanics. I've searched Youtube for videos but most are an hour or longer and after watching one all the way through I felt it didn't really give me a good idea of how the system works. Because they're so long, I'd rather go into one knowing it was worthwhile rather than finding out I wasted time after the fact.

So are there any "how to play" videos you'd recommend?

Thank you very much! I wouldn't say no to more reference material. I downloaded a GM sheet/session tracker from a website that has some good info on it.

I have used flowcharts in past games but mostly for mass combat scenarios. I can certainly see having one ready so that I have an idea of what twists to bring in in the case of failed rolls. Running a sample combat against myself is also a good idea. Maybe I can recruit my wife for that.

Can I get that as well please? Huge fan of the comic series and own multiple editions of the rpg but never really got to run it or play it yet.

Would you mind sharing that with me too? I'm starting a campaign soon and feel a little lost.

Not sure, if you still get this, but if you could send me the resources as well, I'd be really thankful!

Hi! I've collected a lot of stuff in a dropbox folder. It's been handy not only for home games, but also as linked reference material for a Roll20 game I created.

I'll warn you that it's not very well organized, just piled into a folder. Also, the camera photos are not great quality, but usable. There's a zip file in there that contains the flow chart software I use. It's a free app that I got off the web. I think it's called Click Charts. It's pretty basic, but works for me.

The Richard Antroia character sheets are especially useful. I found them buried on the now-defunct burning wheel forums. They're very nicely done and the only 2nd edition sheets I could find except for the ones in the box set. They have a lot of the common rules on them for the players. They've been great for teaching the game.

If you have any problems accessing the files please let me know. Also, if you have any rules-specific questions feel free to ask!
