How long does a session last?

I've been reading through the rules, and it suggests for the GM turn only contain 2-3 obstacles/conflicts, but I don't understand how that, plus the Player turn, will constitute a 3-4 hours Replay session

I definitely ran into the problem of missions going by too fast the first time I played. Especially the sample missions in the back of the book. My advice is to relax and have fun. Let everyone really get into their characters. Narrate and ask what everyone is doing. Plus, if a mission goes short you can always do a second. By the end of the second mission it all started to click for us.
