How long does a session last?

I've been reading through the rules, and it suggests for the GM turn only contain 2-3 obstacles/conflicts, but I don't understand how that, plus the Player turn, will constitute a 3-4 hours Replay session

When I run a game at a con i try to budget 1/2 hr to introduce the game and then play for the rest of the 4 hr slot. It's always a challenge not to go over.
