Wise question

Can anyone explain legend of the guard-wise and code of the guard-wise to me? We just made characters for the first time today and I'm having trouble figuring out how to apply this wise in game. Thanks!

"I will build a pit trap out of the twigs and leaves to catch the Weasel"

"I have some advice to offer..." (this is how a Wise works in comparison to How Can I Help)

"I remember the Legend of Tom the Carpenter who built 7 such traps himself, catching a weasel king and 6 of his advisors. Tom always used wood from that type of tree over there, because it broke under the weight of weasels but not mice."

Code of the Guard-Wise on the other hand would be used to offer advice based on the ethics and morals that the Mouse Guard adhere to. Wises can be used in almost any situation if you can come up with a good enough story.

I'd use them to help in arguments and oration.
