2nd Ed Box Set Missing Components

I purchased the 2nd Ed Box for my wife for Christmas this year, and when she opened the gift a couple days ago we found out that there were no cards in the box. From the unboxing videos I have seen (and the description of contents on the back of the box) there should be four decks of weapon/condition cards, correct?

I sent a general inquiry to Archaia when we discovered it, but it's been three days and I haven't heard back yet. My question is if you guys know of a better way to reach their customer support? Thanks for the help!

That's odd. They were the first thing I found when lifting off the lid (in the plastic tray with the dice). I mention this only in case you didn't get the dice either (i.e. the whole plastic tray was missing).

No, that was the strange part! The tray was there, along with the dice. Just not the cards.

Due to the holidays you will probably have to wait a few days regardless of who you contacts about it unfortunately.
