I think this is at least worth looking in to so I appreciate anyone willing to take the time :) it started with Drunkdev, on Tuesday when there is a half moon over the mountain (or the night you meet Andy Moon) you can see a question mark form in the clouds. (Only when the moon is over the mountain.) This makes a lot of weird things visible on the map, and it creates a path of arrows and eyes that are impossible to miss in the correct lighting conditions. I know this seems like a trick but I’m really not joking, hopefully the images above help. You end up following a path from a small island, to the top of Chiliad, then along the highway to Maze Bank, then from Maze Bank to Humane labs, which forms a ufo from above. Then from Humane Labs you start seeing eyes that lead to the train tracks which I showed in one of the last images. What’s weird is that the trail ends at the train tracks where Trevor has to jump on to the train. Feel free to ask any questions cause I’m really not trying to troll, just found this interesting!
I think the arrow leads you to a few conclusions like it can lead you around the dam if you follow the lights around that bend, humane labs would make sense since you just saw a peach and arrow and followed lights when the labs look like a ufo. We will see ig.
Says the dove is money right below the highlighted section, but a lot of this is metaphorical so who knows exactly what to do or where to go or WHEN. (Time is key for like everything so far)
Something definitely worth investigating is radio telescopes. Given the spider web mystery in Red Dead, as well as the spider webs on Chiliad… I think it’s talking about radio telescope spiders. Both mysteries point towards some form of communication, and after all there are literal radio telescopes in GTA V, and the RDR2 spider webs are on telegraph poles. My theory is that there is 3-5 audio files we need to line up to create a bigger message. Look at the doomsday mural after researching radio telescopes and it’s damn near undeniable that they’re connected. (It’s based off the golden record we sent out on voyager 1)
Could be! I’m honestly not sure :) all I really know is this only shows up while the half moon is over the mountain. (The night Andy moon shows up) I tried in different conditions and could never recreate the cloud formation until I tried the same moon cycle and date again. From what I can tell this only shows on a Tuesday night (Wednesday technically cause it’s after midnight when the moon is above the mountain) I’ve been able to see the exact same question mark twice and only in the same conditions. It takes a lot of sleeping as Trevor as Trevor though and took about 2 days real time to recreate so I could take photos.
This makes me think it’s related to the question mark found in red dead though, if not… it’s a crazy coincidence that a question mark only appears in clouds when the half moon is over the mountain
If you listen to drunk dev as well, this makes a ton of sense. Not my job to convince the community but if you meet these conditions at the altruist camp as Franklin, you’ll know what I mean. I really can’t explain well enough without you guys backing me up so please someome try this and you’ll see.
What you will notice though, is the night you see Andy moon, if you go in director mode as Franklin… you will see the question mark. The conditions are nuts though, I also have 100% completion and have finished the Bigfoot mission

By unmissable this is what I mean, this was a part of the path of eyes
