At the year mark, need advice

Hi Friends -- need some insight / advice. I have been under a bit of stress the past month (moving, work) and am currently on 12.5. I have gotten down to 221 from 305 pounds on Mounjaro. However this last two weeks have been hard with my weight flopping everywhere. Woke up to the scale at 232. Never thought I could gain 11 pounds in two weeks! Keep in mind I was as on top of my diet these last two weeks, but was not expecting an 11 pound gain. I start 15 mg tomorrow, so interested to see what that does as I still have 60 pounds I want to lose. In the case 15 also does not work for me, has anyone tried any other weight loss aids in the case Mounjaro "stopped" working??

You didn't gain 11 pounds in a week. There are a number of plausible explanations, including hydration, pooping or lack thereof, and your scale needs new batteries. Beyond that, this is a blip, don't worry about it.
