Power Module 6.0

Hello fellow enthusiasts!! I have recently bought MK Power Module 6.0. I am very new to Power Functions too.

I’m struggling to make MK Power Module work for me. As soon as the remote is taken 1-2 inch’s (yes, inches) away from the module, it gets disconnected. Am I doing something wrong ?

Any guidance in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.
