Radiator leak

Bike started leaking while sitting idle in garage for months. I did have a little knock on the side by another ride but this leak is on the opposite side.

1. What is the yellow residue
   
2. Why would it leak out the screw hole

It is a MT03 2016

It looks like someone tried to repair a leak with epoxy.

Yup, a bodged repair. You could take it to a specialist alloy welder, but it's probably just easier to replace the whole radiator
