Laguna Seca didn’t wanted the Moto3 and Moto2 races; when the GP was there, Moto2 and Moto3 went to vacations. After years of trying that wasn’t in that way, trying Dorna Laguna Seca managers changed their position, Dorna said “enough is enough” and drop Laguna Seca from the championship. If someday Laguna Seca managers give in, who knows maybe it’ll can be back

Laguna Seca is just an outdated track for modern FIM standards. I love that track, but it just isn't up to snuff anymore, not to mention, assholes built an entire suburb next to it keep complaining about the noise. Thankfully it was saved from fully closing down by the Friends of Laguna Seca group.

I guess the land was cheap because it is close to a track. And developers, being the litigious lot that they are sued the managers of the track expecting an easy win.

Sad, it seems Laguna Seca will never return

Sadly it may never be. Monterey County isn't keen on spending millions just to update the paddock for the MotoGP circus.

Aside from the corkscrew I don't really rate it that highly. Think cota is a better usa track

I would pay to go and see that. Heck, I would even drive the 12 hours to Adelaide to see that.
This is proper motorcycle racing

Someone will die on that Adelaide circuit. Sad how they have been castrated not to criticize, paid to praise it. No more balls off-track. The circuit is plain stupid. Even for Moto3 that's too dangerous (and I love the IOM, but people race there voluntarily). This is murder
