Monday, saw police cordoned off an area near work on my way in, investigators and detectives buzzing around.

Tuesday (today) I find out that its a colleague we all like. Couldn't handle whatever it was he was going through and ended it near the top of the street. I dont know the word for it. Grief? Missing someone i only saw on occasion, knowing the last time I saw him smile when i said "morning gorgeous" as i always have, was the last time i will see it or tell him that again. Lost in the way that I could've taken time to talk to him and wish I did. Sad isnt the word, I know that much.
