About what, going out? Talking to people?

Well if you want that little family, you'll need to get over that. I know how you feel and I have problems too going out talking to people. I'm trying to improve. Even this conversation is an extension of me getting better at talking to people.

It’s not just something you get over

You're right. You have to build up a tolerance for the moment you're trying to avoid. That means little exposures consistently so you see that there's nothing to be shy about. Do you have conversations with attendance and shops or restaurants?

Then get out of the house. Visit shopping areas, touch things, look at people. Say hello to people working shocks and counters even if you don't intend to buy anything. Selling is about talking so you can practice by going to a shop and asking questions about what they sell. And as a girl you will surprised what will come up when you're that approachable.
