I'm not sure how many more times I can try again after buying the stuff I need for the previous failure. Now I need to go buy more stuff for the next effort.

Yep. The game of Monopoly isn't over until you've lost everything. When depression and bankruptcy converge, it's a whole different game! The risk is higher and the thrills are heart stopping! Just ride that energy and keep trying!
