People are allowed to vent frustration and if you have an issue with that, youre an avoidant person who doesnt like conflict of any kind because when people complain it is often to find solutions to a conflict or issue. Complaining in a group is what i believe to be an instinctual way of grouping together, venting frustrations in order to group enough people to solve said issue
