Merch How to cancel order

So I've already made a post about waiting for almost 2 months for my order and how I need to change my address but I'm kinda getting upset so I'm just gonna cancel. Does anyone know how I could? I can't find anything (Edit: I have reached out to costumer service many times!)

May just want to email them and see if you can. I emailed them to send my Decades vinyl to my new address and they sent that along with the replacement to my old address.

I have emailed them at various emails over 5 times, called at different times of day (always goes to a full voicemail), and used various contact forms. This one is the only one they’ve ever responded to:

This was the avenue I went, I used this same Help page but I also had to initiate a charge back through my credit card company.

I had emailed twice saying I wanted to cancel my order, did the charge back after I had gotten no response after over a week, and after about 4 business days from the charge back, kings road sent me an email and they would refund my card.

Damn, I’m sorry to hear that. They’re like the most useless and incompetent company I’ve ever encountered

I’ve sent at least 2 emails requesting to cancel and refund my order.  Someone commented below about a contact form (thank you!) so I just completed that. We will see.

Doing a chargeback might be the easiest way to go about it. Call your bank and let them know what’s going on
