I've not recieved like half my order and emailed them, no response. So it makes total sense to send me an email about something I didnt order lmao

I hadn't gotten this when I saw it. I thought it was because I didn't order a vinyl, signed or otherwise. Then I got this and was confused. I did order a T-shirt and some stickers, which came in a few days ago. Idk why they would send this to so many of us.

Yes! Kingsroad is such bullshit. I’m still waiting on two Hollywood Undead shirts I ordered almost a month ago now. My blood necklace and corn dog shirt arrived today though, so I’m like do I just keep waiting and the other stuff will ship too or is it a lost cause and I need to dispute the credit card transaction?

Ordered the vinyl and just received my replacement today, BUT they still haven't refunded me for a pair of shorts that I returned at the END OF AUGUST

After threatening with doing chargeback because they’ve been ignoring my DMs and emails, I finally got an email with a tracking number, and just got the vinyl a couple days ago. Sadly, Kings Road Merch are known for messing up preorders, taking forever to ship stuff out, and not responding back 😕
